Obituary of Francis B. "Frank" O'Brien

Francis B. “Frank” O’Brien, age 76 of Halfmoon passed away on Tuesday March 24, 2015 at Ellis Hospital. He was born on March 3, 1938 in Albany, the son of the late Francis B. and Mary O’Brien. He was predeceased by his brother Dennis O’Brien.
Frank graduated from CBA in Albany. Following high school, he joined the IBEW Local 236 in Albany and worked as an electrician for over 35 years. He enjoyed golfing and water skiing on Lake George.
He is survived by his sons Michael (Holly) O’Brien, Timothy (Suzanne) O’Brien, and grandchildren Drew, Jake, Liam, Ellie, and Maddie.
Calling hours will be held on Saturday from 9 to 10 a.m. with a service at 10 a.m. at the Catricala Funeral Home Inc., 1597 Route 9, Clifton Park. Burial will be in St. Agnes Cemetery in Menands.
